Do we have to get off at every stop?
No, you do not! If you want to snooze your way through, it’s up to you.
What is the refund policy?
You can get a full refund 48h before departure. Vancouver Island Bus also reserves the right to cancel trip 48h in advance with a full refund issued.
What does it include?
Your shuttle ticket includes the transportation, round trip, and all the activity tickets when it applies.
Is the shuttle accesibility friendly?
The shuttle is not accessibility-friendly, and most stops aren’t either. We suggest hiring a more conventional service for this.

Is this kid friendly?
Kids 5 and up are allowed on the bus. Younger children requiring special seats cannot be accomodated.
What is the Shuttle like?
The shuttle is a school bus operated by the Action Bus. She might not be the cutest ride in town but she will get you from point A to point B while stoppin at the most amazing attractions on the way.
Is there room for my luggage?
Yes, we understand you might be carrying a few items with you, and we will ask if you are carrying any luggage when you book the shuttle.

I had the best time with my complete North Island tour with Noemie! We explored hidden gems like the ’emerald’ pools in Oyster River and Huson Caves, which were absolute highlights. Noemie’s knowledge of local flora (and tasting berries along the way) was an such a delight!Also, she’s just super to hang-out with and loves to have a chat while we were on tour. I highly recommend the tour for anyone looking to properly explore Vancouver island 😀
